What is sustainable food? It starts with production on the farm and ends in the kitchen. Sustainable food production is about the whole supply chain - transportation, packaging, food waste - the journey from paddock to the plate. We all have a part to play in meeting the sustainable food challenges of the future, so come along and find out what you can do.
